Enclosed is what we call Alternative Emergency Remedies, where we are sharing with you what you can do in case of an emergency utilizing items that many people already have in their kitchens, or around their homes. These methods have been used successfully for generations, and have benefited innumerable people suffering from countless conditions.

At Delightful Eats, our mission is to improve lives at the grassroots level of our communities using a holistic model that provides assistance through education.

As founder and president of Delightful Eats, LLC, Sandra Foster has, for over 25 years, successfully provided seminars, training, and consultations in the areas of nutrition, health, and wellness. She is also a Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten-free chef, and author. Over the same period, she has also maintained a successful catering business providing healthy cuisine for her clientele’s functions – ranging from private parties to non-profit events and weddings.

Sandra first became intrigued with healthy eating when her nephew, Jonathan, was diagnosed with leukemia as a toddler. The doctors’ prognosis did not give Jonathan long to live but within a year the doctors were amazed that, with just dietary changes, he pulled through. Jonathan was given a clean bill of health, and though he was checked annually for any traces of cancer until the age of 16, it was never found again. Today he is over thirty years old and still has not had an instance of re-occurrence.

Thus began Sandra’s thirst for more knowledge in the area of nutritional wellness. She holds a Masters in Natural Health from Clayton College of Natural Health and is certified in Nutritional Wellness (CNW) through the American Naturopathic Certification Board. Over the years she has worked with countless individuals and organizations sharing her wellness knowledge, providing group and individual training in healthy cooking, and educating trainers. Sandra is also the author of two cookbooks, “Delightful Eats,” and “Even More Delightful Eats,” and “Knowledge Is Power: Holistic Health Protocols.”

Sandra’s goal is to help people realize their potential and health goals through education, support, and empowerment. She utilizes a holistic approach to wellness, with an emphasis on nutrition, natural stress relief, visualization, and emotional balance with tailored programs to support optimal health and well-being.
